The reasons for pasting can be analyzed from the following aspects:
① Reasons for glass: The surface of the glass has not been cleaned thoroughly, and there are still stains such as watermarks, paper marks, oil marks, fingerprints, dust particles, etc. Therefore, a paste version is formed;
② Reasons for workshop temperature, humidity, and ink properties. The screen printing workshop requires a temperature of around 20 ℃ and a relative humidity of around 50%. If the temperature is high and the relative humidity is low, the evaporating solvent in the ink will quickly evaporate, causing the viscosity of the ink on the screen to increase and blocking the mesh holes. Another point to note is that if the downtime is too long, it can also cause plate sticking, and the longer the downtime, the more severe the plate sticking. Secondly, if the ambient temperature is low and the ink flowability is poor, it can easily result in a paste pattern;
③ The reason for the screen printing plate. The prepared silk screen printing plate can only be used after being rinsed with water and dried. If the printed version is not printed in a timely manner after being placed for too long. During the storage process, dust may adhere to some extent, and if not cleaned during printing, a paste will form.

④ The reason for printing pressure. Excessive imprinting force during the printing process can cause the scraper to twist, and the scraper will not touch the screen printing plate and glass in a line, but in a surface to surface manner. This way, each time the ink is scraped off, residual ink is left behind, and after a fixed time, a paste will form on the film.
⑤ The reason for the improper gap between the screen printing plate and the glass. The gap between the screen printing plate and the glass cannot be too small. If the gap is too small, the screen printing plate cannot be removed from the glass in time after scraping. When the screen printing plate is lifted, ink sticks to the bottom of the plate, which also forms a paste.
⑥ The reason for ink is that when the pigment and other solid particles in screen printing ink are large, it is easy to block the mesh holes. In addition, the mesh size and through-hole area of the selected screen are slightly smaller compared to the particle size of the ink, which makes it difficult for coarser ink particles to pass through the mesh and cause sealing, which is also one of the reasons. The problem of paste caused by large ink particles can be solved by starting from the production of ink, mainly by strictly controlling the fineness of the ink.
